Looking for Real Sugar Suppliers

We have a very good contact in China that wants sugar in large
quantities. The company in China is 70% government and 30% privately
owned. We know the principals very well and we know their Mandate
contact as well. We deal with their mandate company on a regular basis
on other projects for the past 8 years. They have asked us to find
them a reliable seller of sugar, therefore we are looking around and
will do our due diligence on whomever we bring to them. In the info
below you will see ICPO from our mandate contact. Please let me know
if you can help with our needs. Please arrange a time for me to
contact you by phone or Skype. In the ICPO below I have left out the
buyers contact and bank info. Once I can establish that you have a
real seller then I will have introduce my contact to you and your
seller. Many fake suppliers out there!!!! We have 2 other suppliers
offering us at $470 and the other $475 and we are doing our due
diligence on them right now.
I read on your website the sugar fraud section and it says one of the
things to look out for is someone asking for a Bank Guarantee. Is that
what you are asking us for in the previous email? Lets get some
dialogue going by email first and then lets get on the phone and then
Skype if you have one. This is the real deal buyer my friend and I
hope you have a real deal supplier. We do our due diligence really
